Our PetitionSummary of AimProtecting Paignton Monastery Full Text of PetitionWe, the undersigned call upon Hazel Blears, Local Government Minister, to support the residents of Paignton in their attempts to protect Paignton Monastery and keep the facilities as a community centre. This we believe is in line with Government thinking that each community should have its own centre and the government white paper which encourages local communities to protect buildings of local interest.
