The Conservative Elected Mayor's vision, which is being discussed today, must include 3 key themes say the Liberal Democrats.

The vision should include:

Full time, good quality, all year round jobs for local people;

Putting the Environment at the heart of our community. This should include keeping the Bay beautiful and ensuring a sustainable community;

Ensuring the right economic regeneration should also help tackle Anti Social Behaviour.

The Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group Councillor Steve Darling said:

"The Conservative Mayor's Vision must include concrete and tangible objectives which will provide benefits to local people as well as tourists. The Vision should include aiming to achieve good quality full time jobs for local people, putting the environment at the heart of the community and tackling anti-social behaviour."
