Torbay Liberal Democrats vote on issue of Absentee Councillors

At a meeting of the governing body of Torbay Liberal Democrats, on Friday 21 April 2006, at St Anne's Hall, Babbacombe, Torquay, the Executive Committee passed the following motion:

"Torbay Liberal Democrats confirms its support for the position of the Party nationally regarding absentee Councillors and, therefore, calls on Cllr Chris Harris to resign from Torbay Council immediately."
