The Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group on Torbay Council Steve Darling has lodged a Freedom of Information request with Devon County Council to find out if plans to make the Kingskerswell Bypass a toll road were discussed at a meeting of the South Devon Link Road Steering Group on the 22nd June.

Liberal Democrat Council Group Leader Steve Darling has expressed outrage over the failure by Conservative Mayor Nick Bye to follow up on a decision that would have resulted in the newly formed Economic Development Company focusing far more on the most vulnerable in Torbay.
